Raul Velasquez (Mexican journalist) said in 1970, when the band went to Mexico, that the music was horrible and he couldn’t understand why people listen to The Doors. Jim met with the guy and he understood what Velasquez said (Jim knew a little of Spanish), he got so angry that spitted on Raul’s face. That’s why a TV performance of the band was cancelled.
